About Us
Our love of horses, hospitality, and a well-crafted cocktail made a converted horse trailer bar the perfect business for us. We are a woman owned business based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and we service all surrounding areas. We deliver a thoughtful, creative and unique service to make your event unforgettable.
We serve all sorts of private events such as birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, baby showers, and more! We especially love a micro wedding. With our attention to detail and dedication to party greatness, we are confident that your wedding or event will be unforgettable. (And when you keep your guest count at 50 or less, you get to spend more money on the aspects of your special day that excite you the most!)
The Backyard Bar Co packages include everything but the alcohol. We come with the RAMP certified bartenders, general & liquor liability insurances, setup & breakdown time, cocktail consultation, alcohol shopping list, barware, ice, coolers, cups, predetermined mixers, garnishes, straws, napkins, kegging equipment, a custom menu sign from Handlettered By Lyss and some decor.

How it Works
1. Lets get to know each other.
Fill out the form on the Contact Us page & you will receive a brochure & questionnaire right away. Fill out our questionnaire, the more info, the better.
2. Quote Time.
If we have enough information, we can send you a quote within 48 hrs. If you are unsure or want to chat on the phone, then you can schedule a free consultation call with us to go over your vision.
3. Book Us!
We require 25% down & signed contract to hold your date.
4. Party Time
You tell us where to park and we handle the rest. After all, the party is where we park it.

Brittany helped put us at ease and from our first phone consultation we knew we were in good hands but could not have imagined just how wonderful it was to work with them. They worked with us through phone calls, email and a tasting night to create a bar menu that let our tastes and interests shine through. The menu also brought their considerable experience and love every step of the way using top notch ingredients including homemade lavender simple syrup, in house dried citrus garnishes, luxardo cherries and environmentally considerate serving ware. We had a group chat going the week of the wedding that helped us feel excited and cared for on our day.
